Collective Agreement and Labour Relations Issues

Have Your Voice Heard!

Coastal contractors and the small business community working in the coastal forestry industry are faced with negotiated labour cost increases and labour practices that they have no reasonable input into, but must pay for. Forest Industrial Relations (FIR) is about changing that with a fair and reasoned collective agreement strategy to give contractors and small business owners influence in negotiations and other labour matters.
If you are a forest industry contractor or small business owner on the coast and you don’t currently have a collective bargaining strategy, then you should come and consider this fair and reasoned approach.
FIR currently represents a number of coastal logging contractors in their labour negations and other labour relation matters.
